Iridology

Your eyes hold the secrets to your health.

Your eye, a map of your strengths and weaknesses

Eyes as Windows to Your Constitution

From the very beginning of human history, eyes have served as a means to convey information about their owners. In both traditional Chinese and Ayurvedic Medicine, eyes were examined to understand someone’s constitution.

Constitution is defined as the sum of your inherited and acquired characteristics, depending on your genes and acquired experiences throughout your life.

What is Iridology?

Iridology is the examination and analysis of the coloured portion of the eye called the iris.

It helps to determine factors that are important in the prevention and treatment of disease, as well as the attainment of optimum health.

No other individual on this planet has irides identical to yours. There are many variations in each iris that makes it unique to you. This makes iridology a highly, hence being a personalised tool for addressing your individual needs.

As an iridologist, I believe that lifestyle strategies should be based on precise evaluations of the entire person and the factors that have influenced their lives.

Your Irides are One-of-a-Kind.
Among the 8 Billion People on Earth, No One
Else Has Irides Exactly Like Yours.

How I Use Iridology

I examine your irides using a magnified torch to look at pigmentation, texture and several markings to understand your health predispositions - not as predictions written in stone, but rather as guidelines to your body’s innate mode of response.

I use iridology as a tool alongside other therapies as part of my naturopathy program and pair my findings with the information gathered during the consultation to confirm your strengths and weaknesses as part of your constitution.

It allows me to tailor my advice on diet, herbs and lifestyle changes needed to optimise your health.

For example : In this iris, the buildup of pigments is considered to be an acquired condition, accumulating as life progresses, and suggests the need for frequent cleansing and detoxification to maintain good health.
